A senate-amended bill to fund the state children's health insurance program went back in front of the House. It passed easily. Louisiana Congressmen were consistent in their positions from when the original House version passed.

Nays: Scalise, Flemming, Boustany, Alexander, and Cassidy


Thus far, SCHIP has been the only policy on which Joe Cao has bucked his GOP overlords.
