God, I Love Freedom

"If you lived in Iraq and had lived under a tyranny, you'd be saying, 'God, I love freedom,' because that's what's happened," he said. "And there are killers and radicals and murderers who kill the innocent to stop the advance of freedom. But freedom's happening in Iraq. And we're making progress."

Who do YOU think said this?

Answer later.

Read my featured post below. Please.

Oh and this is infuriating too. (h/t: 2 millionth)

UPDATE: This won't be too shocking to y'all.... it was the President. Mr. Eloquent Himself.

UPDATE II: When the President, putting himself in the shoes of an Iraqi, said this:

"If you lived in Iraq and had lived under a tyranny, you'd be saying, 'God, I love freedom,' because that's what's happened..."

Do you think he meant Allah?

I suppose the folks blown away by Blackwater "security contractors" can take some comfort--must've been "democratic bullets" that killed them, not tyrannical ones.

Ain't freedom grand...

Bush has a serious case of denial. It's not freedom when one has to fear dying when they are only stepping outside their door.

As for the FEMA incident. It's earily similar to the productions dictators use to maintain power.
