Vallas Faces No Obstacles

Paul Vallas was back in Philadelphia the other day for the first time since he left his post as schools CEO there.

He spoke to the free hand he's been given to operate.

He also said he'd be around here one more year and stoked speculation that he is planning to run for Governor of Illinois.
