St. Tammany Parish Schools Barracading Themselves in 1920s

What a lovely state we live in.

This after a week of public assurances by officials that recent KKK activity in St. Tammany and Washington Parishes is indeed out of the ordinary. (Though interviews with locals yield a different perspective.)
